Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking experienced OPT Recruiters to join our Hyderabad office. This role operates onsite with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, aligned with U.S. time zones. Candidates with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

• Identify and source talent across various visa status categories including OPT, CPT, H1B, H1B Transfer, H4 EAD, Green Card holders, and U.S. citizens.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of consultants to fulfill internal talent needs.
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, referrals, and other social media channels for candidate sourcing.
• Review resumes meticulously and conduct initial assessments of candidates.
• Comprehend candidates’ skills, experience levels, legal work authorizations, and their job preferences.
• Manage interview scheduling, follow-up communications, and onboarding logistics.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Partner with sales teams to facilitate timely consultant deployments.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate degree.
• Relevant professional experience ranging from one to four years in recruiting, specifically with knowledge of visa statuses like OPT and H1B.
