Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and multi-skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our Pune-based Technical Delivery team. The role emphasizes delivering tailored, high-quality software solutions to meet diverse client needs while upholding our corporate culture founded on integrity, collaboration, passion, and flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable software applications utilizing .NET frameworks, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
- Design efficient, secure database architectures focusing on MongoDB, SQL Server, and other relational databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups such as product managers and designers to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
- Own the full software development lifecycle including planning, estimation, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure quality and identify improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues to maintain application performance and stability.
- Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and incorporate improvements into development processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in professional software development with a focus on .NET full-stack development.
- Proficient in .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core frameworks.
- Experience with front-end web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
- Strong skills in designing and optimizing databases, especially MongoDB and relational database systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience or basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices including CI/CD is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with the ability to address complex technical challenges effectively.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including project leadership and mentoring junior team members.
