Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the sales process from initial prospecting through discovery, negotiations, and closing, delivering clear business value with data-supported consultative selling.
- Create and implement strategic account plans targeting long-term growth and multi-solution adoption within assigned enterprise accounts.
- Develop and maintain extensive relationships across C-suite executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders to influence major buying decisions.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews to communicate adoption metrics, realized value, and opportunities for expansion through value engineering.
- Conduct detailed organizational mapping to identify influencers and obstacles, orchestrating cross-functional teams to produce tailored solutions.
- Drive high customer satisfaction and renewals by ensuring adoption and connecting business outcomes; proactively manage risks to renewals or expansions.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecasts by managing CRM discipline and collaborating with cloud providers and strategic partners on large-scale digital transformation deals.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum seven years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, specifically targeting large multinational organizations.
- Proven track record managing and expanding a portfolio of named Fortune 1000 accounts.
- Successful closure of six- and seven-figure annual contract value deals.
- Solid understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem including competitive and complementary technologies like CMS, PIM, and ERP systems.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on business outcomes, engaging senior business and IT executives.
- Expertise in account planning, opportunity assessment, and accurate forecasting.
- Familiarity with recognized sales methodologies; MEDDPICC experience is highly valued.
- Keen interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance work efficiency and continuous learning.

Additional Information
