Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled and imaginative Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for generating visual concepts, presenting initial drafts, and creating illustrations, logos, and other graphic materials using digital tools and traditional techniques. Working closely with copywriters and the Creative Director, this role demands strong design sensibility and proficiency with industry-leading software to produce compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver superior motion graphics for platforms like digital advertising, social media, and promotional videos.
• Collaborate directly with creative directors, designers, and clients to develop visually striking content.
• Employ Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software to craft dynamic visuals that enhance storytelling.
• Edit video components, ensuring smooth integration of visuals, animation, and sound elements.
• Keep up with trends and innovations in motion graphic design to continuously improve quality.
• Handle multiple projects at once, adhering to deadlines while maintaining high standards.
• Evaluate design applications across various media to ensure visual effectiveness.
• Modify designs to suit specific media platform requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of six years' experience in motion design backed by a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics and animation projects.
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D or equivalent motion design and video editing software; knowledge of 3D design is advantageous.
• Must include a portfolio demonstrating breadth and quality of work; applications lacking a portfolio will not be considered.
• Strong communication skills essential for collaboration and explaining design choices.
• A proven record of delivering innovative and effective motion designs aligned with marketing and branding goals.
