About the Role
Masi is creating a unified mobility platform integrating Saudi Arabia's rail networks and connecting transportation services, aiming to offer a seamless mobile experience for journeys across the Kingdom. We seek a seasoned Flutter developer with experience in building large-scale consumer apps in the region to take meaningful ownership of upcoming developments.
Key Responsibilities
You will be part of a high-performing international development team collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver core user journeys on iOS and Android platforms. Your duties include overseeing features from conception through production, shaping the app's architecture, and enhancing performance and quality. Additionally, you'll engage with the latest AI development tools and methodologies to address engineering challenges at scale.
Candidate Requirements
- Residency in Saudi Arabia with the ability to work on-site or hybrid within the Kingdom.
- Proven experience contributing significantly to one or more prominent regional mobile platforms.
- Expertise in Flutter and Dart, including app architecture, state management, API integration, testing, and managing releases for both iOS and Android.
- Strong ownership mentality to navigate ambiguous problems and deliver complete solutions with sound decision-making and commitment beyond launch.
- Attention to detail ensuring apps are fast, dependable, feature polished, and offer intuitive experiences in both Arabic and English.
- Fluent verbal and written English for effective collaboration with a global team.
Additional Advantage
Experience with AI-driven development tools, using AI coding assistants for faster and more efficient building, debugging, and testing, along with sound engineering judgment to validate deliverables.
