About the Role
Atal Web Solution, situated in Jaipur, is broadening its offerings beyond Digital Marketing & SEO to include Mobile App and Software Development services. We seek an experienced Senior Mobile and Full Stack Developer who can independently manage end-to-end application creation, including backend coding, API development, database management, integrations, troubleshooting, and production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain mobile apps for Android and iOS platforms as well as software products.
- Work on frontend and backend components, RESTful API development, database design, and third-party service integrations.
- Develop scalable and secure backend services and APIs.
- Utilize technologies such as Flutter, React Native, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, and databases including MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Integrate Firebase services, Google Sign-In, authentication mechanisms, push notifications, analytics tools, payment gateways, and other external APIs/SDKs.
- Manage APK/AAB build processes, application signing, publishing on Google Play Store, updates, and production releases.
- Identify and independently resolve complex technical challenges including bugs, crashes, API and authentication issues, and other production-related problems.
- Architect application structures, database schemas, security protocols, and performance solutions.
- Conduct testing, debugging, code reviews, and optimize application performance.
- Maintain existing applications and contribute to new product development.
- Mentor and support junior developers; perform technical reviews of their work.
- Assume ownership of projects throughout development, testing, deployment, and production support phases.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software, mobile, or full-stack development.
- Strong practical skills in backend and REST API development.
- Solid understanding of databases and application architecture principles.
- Experience developing mobile applications with Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS technologies is preferred.
- Proficiency in version control using Git, GitHub, or GitLab and associated development workflows.
- Hands-on experience integrating Firebase and various third-party APIs or SDKs.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated to independently research and resolve technical problems.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions effectively.
Additional Information
This position requires a senior-level developer capable of working autonomously, taking project ownership, and troubleshooting complex technical issues without continuous oversight. The ideal candidate can manage the entire development lifecycle and provide guidance to junior team members. Preference will be given to those with strong expertise spanning Mobile App Development, Backend Development, API design, Database management, and Production Deployment.
Compensation and Location
Monthly salary up to ₹40,000, commensurate with experience and skill set.
Work location: Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role is office-based (Work From Office).
