Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Over 8 years of experience in advanced Semiconductor Memory Layout design.
  • Proficiency in FinFET nodes, TSMC 16nm and below.
  • Experience with OTP and other memory layout designs.
  • Knowledge of layout techniques addressing ESD, latch-up, and antenna constraints.
  • Familiarity with verification tools such as ICV and Calibre.
  • Experience with design tools like Custom Compiler and Cadence Virtuoso or equivalents.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as TCL, Cadence Skill, Pearl, or Compiler-Tiler.
  • Strong skills in advanced layout design, verification, and documentation of memory circuits.
  • Hands-on expertise in CAD tools, with mastery of at least one extensive CAD custom layout flow.

Competencies and Soft Skills

  • Ability to independently deliver high-quality, innovative layouts.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Adaptability to new process technologies and design constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse and geographically dispersed teams (e.g., USA, Taiwan).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience is advantageous.

Core Values

  • Integrity: Honesty and commitment to promises.
  • Commitment: Dedication to company success and mutual respect.
  • Innovation: Implementation of new ideas for growth.
