About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Mathematics Faculty to join our dynamic and research-oriented educational platform based in Bangalore. The role involves delivering high-quality instruction and mentorship to motivated students aiming for excellence in mathematics.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide captivating and informative lectures in the field of mathematics.
- Conduct classes through both online and offline formats, ensuring uniformity in quality and student engagement across modalities.
- Organize live and asynchronous doubt-clearing sessions to support student understanding promptly.
- Administer frequent assessments, deliver constructive feedback, and tailor guidance to individual learner needs.
- Continuously monitor student progress, identify areas of difficulty, and implement targeted strategies to enhance academic achievement.
- Maintain precise records regarding student attendance, progress, and assessment results and share reports regularly with the academic team.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to raise the overall educational quality and experience.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in mathematics and apply fresh methodologies to teaching practices.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must have at least one year of relevant teaching experience in mathematics or a related domain.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary offered ranges between ₹10,00,000 to ₹15,00,000. The position also includes health insurance coverage as part of the employee benefits.
