Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compelling and informative lectures specializing in Mathematics.
- Effectively conduct classes in both online and offline formats, ensuring consistent engagement and quality.
- Facilitate regular live and asynchronous doubt-clearing sessions to provide prompt academic assistance.
- Design and administer assessments, offer constructive feedback, and guide students individually.
- Monitor student performance, identify learning deficiencies, and introduce targeted strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive records of student attendance, assessments, and progress; report insights periodically to the academic team.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enrich the overall educational experience.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Mathematics and apply these insights to teaching practices.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying must have at least one year of relevant professional teaching experience.
Salary and Benefits
The annual remuneration ranges between ₹1,000,000 and ₹1,500,000. Additional perks include health insurance coverage.
