- Proven experience managing marketing projects: Demonstrated ability to autonomously lead complex marketing initiatives, campaigns, or product launches with measurable success.
- Strong project management skills: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, break down complex tasks into manageable parts, and coordinate diverse stakeholders effectively, utilizing both traditional and agile methodologies.
- Minimum of five years of marketing experience, preferably in D2C or e-commerce sectors, with comprehensive knowledge of performance marketing, CRM, content, and conversion strategies applied across channels.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities: Capable of simplifying complex topics, crafting persuasive briefs and decision documents, and engaging confidently with internal teams, agencies, and executives.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with strong ownership: Organizes work methodically, accepts accountability, and ensures high-quality project completion even in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
- Experience in startups or HealthTech environments is advantageous, including familiarity with regulated markets like telemedicine. Exposure to design tools such as Figma or Adobe and a good eye for aesthetics are a plus.
Benefits
- Freedom to contribute ideas and take responsibility, actively shaping company growth.
- Flexible work schedules with hybrid options.
- 31 days off annually, including 30 vacation days plus half-days on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
- Opportunities for professional and personal growth through tailored training programs.
