Senior Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and outcome-driven Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing campaigns, expand brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and devise strategies that significantly enhance business revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee digital, offline, below-the-line (BTL), and promotional marketing efforts.
• Design and manage lead generation campaigns across appropriate channels.
• Formulate initiatives to boost brand visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement levels.
• Administer marketing budgets while tracking return on investment and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Recruitment, Operations, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct analysis of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities.
• Handle social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and other digital marketing programs.
• Establish partnerships and explore new marketing avenues.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the marketing team by setting targets and key performance indicators.
• Monitor essential performance metrics including leads, conversions, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROI, engagement, and revenue impact.
• Generate periodic reports on marketing outcomes for leadership review.
• Maintain uniform brand messaging and positioning across all promotional platforms.

Additional Information

• Experience required: 5 to 10 years in marketing roles.
• Educational qualification: Graduate degree; MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• Work location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
• Employment type: Full-time position.
• Monthly salary range: INR 90,000 to 115,000.
