Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and efficiently execute detailed test cases
- Communicate effectively within the team and stakeholders
- Plan and develop comprehensive test cases and scripts reflecting project requirements
- Review requirements and construct corresponding test scenarios
- Perform thorough functional and black box testing
- Conduct regression tests prior to software releases
- Execute API testing using Postman or equivalent tools
- Utilize JMeter for performance testing assessments
- Possess foundational understanding of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
- Test mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms
- Perform compatibility and cross-browser testing on various browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
- Identify data and application trends to inform testing strategies
- Clearly articulate findings and logical test processes
- Work collaboratively within Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Define and monitor testing metrics to ensure quality deliverables
Requirements
- Profound knowledge of software testing tools and quality assurance approaches
- Hands-on experience specializing in manual testing techniques
- Strong expertise in functional and regression testing methodologies
- Understanding and experience working with Agile development and Scrum frameworks
- Preferred experience with API and performance testing capabilities
- Exposure to mobile and cross-browser testing environments
- Excellent communication skills
