Key Responsibilities

• Steer the global subsurface business operations and devise growth strategies for MB Century.
• Serve as the principal geothermal subsurface authority and primary technical consultant to clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in resource assessment, exploration, reservoir management, and technical advisory domains.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with geothermal developers, utilities, asset owners, and government bodies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance multidisciplinary team.
• Drive commercial results, ensuring profitability and sustainable expansion.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses at least 15 years of substantive experience in the geothermal industry.
• Holds a tertiary degree in relevant geosciences or engineering disciplines such as Geology, Geophysics, Geochemistry, Reservoir Engineering or Earth Sciences, along with extensive practical geothermal experience.
• Demonstrates profound technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of subsurface operations including reservoir assessment, exploration, development, and reservoir management.
• Maintains robust domestic and international networks within the geothermal sector and a successful record of securing projects.
• Experienced in leading technical teams and in expanding business ventures.
