Senior Manager - PR & Corporate Communications

Job Overview

We are looking for an accomplished and collaborative PR & Corporate Communications leader to enhance our brand story, reputation, and communication efforts. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Communications, this senior position entails both strategic planning and direct execution to advance our presence across multiple channels and manage sensitive crisis communication effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aimed at strengthening brand reputation, gaining trust, and increasing visibility across principal media platforms.
• Partner closely with marketing, operations, and executive teams to ensure all messaging supports company goals, product launches, and significant business milestones.
• Anticipate and manage potential reputation threats by designing and activating crisis response plans, collaborating swiftly under pressure with senior leadership during real-time challenges.
• Lead online reputation management initiatives by continually monitoring digital sentiment and working alongside social media and digital teams to respond to public feedback.
• Develop creative corporate content, including speeches for executives, press releases, thought leadership pieces, and internal communications.
• Enhance public exposure through orchestrating industry conferences, media briefings, roundtables, and major events while guiding PR agency partners to optimize impact and story placement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 8 to 10 years of proven experience in PR, Corporate Communications, and Media Relations, either from agency or in-house roles.
• Strong expertise in Crisis Management, Content Development, Online Reputation Management, and Corporate Event coordination.
• Preference for candidates with a background in Healthcare, Medical Technology, Health Technology, or Pharmaceutical sectors, although wide industry experience is welcomed.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organizational structure, encouraging collaboration across functional teams and maintaining robust internal and external relationships.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities paired with high emotional intelligence and adaptability in rapidly changing environments.
