Senior Manager - PR and Communication

Role Overview

The Senior Manager for PR and Communication will steer One Albania’s public relations, corporate communication strategies, and corporate responsibility initiatives. This role requires leading technology-oriented social impact projects confirming alignment with the organization's core values and parent group objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the corporate responsibility framework aligned with organizational goals and group values.
• Design and implement comprehensive PR and communication campaigns to reinforce the organization's reputation and highlight sustainability and social initiatives.
• Oversee media relations by crafting press releases, coordinating interviews, and building media stakeholder relationships.
• Manage communication materials internally and externally to maintain uniform messaging across all audiences.
• Set and lead yearly priorities and programs for PR and communication domains.
• Design, implement, and supervise grant programs and charity initiatives that deliver lasting impact.
• Identify societal issues and create partnerships with NGOs, institutions, and community groups for technology-driven solutions.
• Lead fundraising activities including donor identification, engagement, proposal preparation, and event organization.
• Maintain strategic collaborations with donors, companies, NGOs, government, and communities to ensure sustainable support and mutually advantageous partnerships.
• Manage the annual PR and Communication budget, contracts, and resources ensuring transparency and adherence to compliance requirements.
• Prepare and oversee sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) reporting, ensuring alignment with standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor relevant legislation related to sustainability and ESG, advise management on impacts and recommend actions.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, accounting, and reporting criteria.
• Represent One Albania at external engagements acting as the official spokesperson.
• Coordinate local support projects and group-level CSR activities with the parent company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, CSR, Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Impact, or Strategic Management. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Experience ranging between 5 and 7 years in CSR, PR, and communication roles.
• Proven track record in managing social impact initiatives and partnerships.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in project, team, and stakeholder management.
• Professional certifications in CSR, ESG, sustainability reporting, or nonprofit management are beneficial.

• Fluent in English and Albanian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
