Senior Manager Information Technology Infrastructure & Security

Job Overview

We are looking to appoint a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our IT Infrastructure and Security operations. This role is responsible for maintaining dependable and secure IT services, leading technology projects across various locations, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with security requirements and audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure operations regionally, managing related service providers effectively.
• Lead critical infrastructure and security projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and refreshes of technology platforms.
• Administer cybersecurity governance including vulnerability management, conducting security assessments, and handling security incidents.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, telecom service providers, contracts, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
• Provide support for customer-specific security demands, audits, and certification processes.
• Drive the standardization of infrastructure architecture and adoption of best practices across multiple sites.
• Review and approve infrastructure and security architecture changes and technical solutions.
• Support executive leadership and prioritize business-critical IT requirements.
• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams on both operational and strategic IT initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT operations, or Cybersecurity domains.
• Proven expertise in managing infrastructure services, vendor relationships, and security governance frameworks.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft technologies, server and network systems, cybersecurity practices, and cloud platforms.
• Experience supporting audit processes, compliance checks, and customer security requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industries is a plus.

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
• MCSA or equivalent Microsoft certification
