Senior Manager - Finance Transformation (EPM/OneStream)

Join a dynamic team at Deloitte's Enterprise Technology & Performance line based in Singapore, where you will engage in transformative finance projects. This role focuses on delivering impactful financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting solutions using the OneStream platform. As part of a growing South East Asia practice, you will collaborate closely with solution architects, finance experts, and clients to translate business needs into scalable financial performance management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement multidimensional data models tailored for financial consolidation and planning activities.
• Develop sophisticated business rules using VB.NET and C# to automate complex financial calculations.
• Create dashboards and reports utilizing OneStream’s proprietary reporting capabilities.
• Integrate data from various source systems via OneStream’s Data Management framework.
• Engage actively throughout all project phases including requirements gathering, development, and deployment.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a tertiary degree in business, technology, or finance disciplines.
• Bring at least a decade of experience with implementing OneStream or similar EPM platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Cloud EPM, Hyperion, SAP BPC), including a complete lifecycle implementation in financial consolidation, budgeting, or forecasting.
• Showcase strong technical skills, including programming/scripting knowledge in VB.NET, C#, or SQL and expertise in multidimensional data modeling.
• Have solid functional insight into finance systems, processes, and financial planning or consolidation methodologies.
• Exhibit sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within consulting teams employing agile development practices.
• Demonstrate superior interpersonal, communication, and team-building capabilities.
• Capable of concise, engaging writing tailored for broad audiences.
• Skilled at facilitating consensus and driving change amid uncertainty.
• Willing to embrace the consulting lifestyle with the flexibility to travel both locally and internationally for project assignments.
