Senior Manager / Director, Operational Strategy Development

Role Overview

You will steer the creation and advancement of business and operational strategies under senior leadership guidance, aiming to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This role may serve within the Real Estate Operation Division or alongside Fund Management & Investment, Centralized Functions, and other partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of operational strategies and project workstreams, aligning with senior leadership directions.
• Work autonomously or collaborate with internal teams and external consultants; lead and mentor small teams (2–3 members) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee solutioning from problem definition to program management of analysis; provide well-supported recommendations encompassing root causes, options, trade-offs, risks, and change management.
• Validate the completeness and feasibility of proposals with senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding.
• Manage communication and stakeholder engagement to highlight risks, monitor progress, and obtain buy-in.
• Drive innovative practices, including integrating artificial intelligence effectively across solution development and implementation phases.
• Lead the deployment of principal solutions when relevant.
• Facilitate strategic discussions among senior leadership as necessary.
• Enhance the Operational Excellence team's knowledge base through active sharing and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline preferred; advanced qualifications such as an MBA are advantageous.
• At least 8 years of pertinent work experience; higher experience may result in a more senior role title.
• Experience in operational consulting, whether internal or external.
• Diverse background—bilingual or multilingual capabilities, exposure to working outside Singapore, and successful industry transitions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
