Senior Manager Corporate Social Responsibility

Overview

The Senior Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility will devise and implement the CSR strategy, ensuring impactful and compliant social initiatives that resonate with the company's brand principles and community demands. The position is based in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Strategic Planning and Compliance

• Develop enduring CSR roadmaps and identify focus areas aligned with the company's overarching vision.
• Lead the execution of CSR initiatives directly or through strategic partnerships.
• Set up comprehensive governance frameworks and standard operating procedures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to advise management on adherence to CSR guidelines.

Partner Onboarding and Management

• Assess potential implementation partners considering their legality, past performance, and financial clarity.
• Handle the Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, negotiate contracts, and formalize partnerships with detailed Memorandums of Understanding.

Execution Oversight and Monitoring

• Perform periodic site inspections to confirm the actual progress and address challenges.
• Maintain thorough documentation for auditing purposes.
• Oversee the preparation of the annual CSR report and conduct impact evaluation studies.
• Manage branding and media exposure of CSR activities.
• Monitor project budgets to ensure timely fund utilization and avoid lapses due to unspent CSR allocations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work or related social sciences.
• Bring 10-12 years of experience in CSR management.
• Skilled in CSR documentation and frameworks for measuring social impact.
• Capable of creating persuasive impact narratives and presenting evidence-based reports to leadership.
