Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager to spearhead process excellence projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, improving quality, and boosting customer satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments to identify improvement opportunities and leverage automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute initiatives that advance process excellence and operational effectiveness.
- Work jointly with cross-functional teams to pinpoint areas for enhancement and deploy automation solutions accordingly.
- Perform data analysis to evaluate performance indicators, detect patterns, and recommend process refinements.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across departments to guarantee smooth communication and alignment towards project objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of professional experience in the IT services and consulting sector, preferably in senior managerial or team leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Successful experience in championing process excellence initiatives that deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Proficiency in governance practices, stakeholder engagement, and leading teams effectively.
