Senior Leasing Manager

About the Role

Our client, a top-tier real estate developer based in Saudi Arabia, is recruiting a Senior Leasing Manager to spearhead their leasing operations spanning retail, office, residential, warehouse, and logistics properties. This role reports directly to the Head of Property & Facility Management and focuses heavily on retail leasing and tenant mix enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute comprehensive leasing strategies alongside associated workflows, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Lead retail leasing efforts, including tenant mix planning, targeting retail brands, and fostering direct relationships with F&B operators.
• Oversee leasing activities across office, residential, warehouse, and logistics property sectors.
• Negotiate commercial lease agreements to optimize occupancy rates, rental yields, and overall leasing performance.
• Supervise leasing agents and external consultants by establishing clear key performance indicators and expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date leasing pipelines, forecasts, and gather market intelligence such as rental benchmarks and occupancy statistics.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Investment, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Property Management departments.
• Provide expert leasing insights for development-stage planning, unit mix decisions, tenant requirements, and project positioning strategies.
• Foster and grow market relationships while developing and leading the internal leasing team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• Between 8 and 12 years of substantive leasing and commercial real estate experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record working directly for a real estate developer or similar development-oriented organization.
• Strong background in retail leasing, particularly with shopping malls, retail destinations, or mixed-use developments.
• Expertise in tenant mix strategy, brand engagement, commercial lease negotiations, and managing leasing pipelines.
• Experience overseeing leasing agents, consultants, and team members.
• Exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation abilities, leadership qualities, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in residential and logistics leasing is a plus.
• Postgraduate qualifications or accreditation from RICS are advantageous.
