Responsibilities
- Maintain high availability and stability of application systems through daily monitoring, responding to alerts, managing emergencies, handling on-call rotations, routine system health evaluations, and performance tuning
- Ensure application systems comply with data privacy and security standards, including operational design, processes, and data management aligned with relevant laws
- Support full auditing and regulatory compliance with required documentation and materials
- Manage change and release processes adhering to best practices such as change control, version management, rollback planning, and operational support during release windows
- Innovate and implement automation solutions to optimize resources and support scalable business operations
- Contribute to business architecture feedback and maintain thorough operational technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferably in computer science or a related discipline
- Previous experience as a senior SRE or leading a small team is advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years working experience with cloud service products and application operations
- Proficient in deploying and managing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Skilled in automation operations and using container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiar with CI/CD methodologies and tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI
