Senior Large Language Model Algorithm Engineer/Expert

Key Projects

• Develop a Web3 Data Lake LLM that analyzes vast amounts of on-chain and off-chain data for real-time insights.
• Create intelligent trading system LLMs that include trading agents, signal generators, and optimization algorithms.
• Automate compliance and regulatory processes at scale using specialized LLMs for travel-rule enforcement and on-chain forensics.
• Innovate with AI-powered Web3 applications ranging from customer support agents to personalized navigation solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Research and develop customized foundational LLM architectures optimized for trading, compliance, and Web3 data.
• Design and implement hybrid multi-agent systems combining search, reinforcement learning, and LLM reasoning techniques for practical tasks.
• Collaborate on the construction of Web3 data lakes, including ETL pipelines, vector stores, and real-time data feeds.
• Work closely with product, compliance, and customer support teams to deploy and maintain models in operational environments.
• Identify novel AI-Web3 use cases, rapidly prototype minimum viable products, and drive their growth and scaling.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD degree in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven academic track record with publications in prominent conferences or journals such as ICLR, NeurIPS, or ACL, particularly in foundational LLMs, agent systems, or reasoning methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in reinforcement learning, reasoning algorithms, or similar methodologies; experience building or extending agentic frameworks is a valuable plus.
• Proficient programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with the ability to design and prototype new model architectures end-to-end.
• Strong interest and understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain protocols, decentralized finance mechanisms, and the relevant regulatory environment.
