Their portfolio includes luxury hospitality developments, public realm enhancements, urban regeneration initiatives, and extensive masterplanning, alongside an expanding number of projects within Ireland. The practice collaborates with top international architectural firms, tackling complex and large-scale projects with a foundational approach centered on regenerative design. Essential to the role is a strong grasp of construction detailing, material specifications, and onsite execution. Responsibilities include overseeing technical documentation, addressing technical and construction-related problems, and participating in site inspections and meetings.
The ideal candidate will meld strong technical acumen with sound design judgment, assume complete ownership of projects, and support the professional development of junior designers.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite alongside strong graphic and design communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously within a flexible team environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Additional Valuable Experience
- Background in delivering international hospitality, public realm, or large-scale masterplanning projects.
- Familiarity with Irish construction practices and project workflows.
- Skills in Rhino 3D or similar 3D design software.
- Strong knowledge of planting and the development of ecologically informed landscape strategies.
- Experience with projects in the Middle East region.
- Passion for regenerative design and sustainability principles.
Location and Working Conditions
The position is based in Dublin, Cork, or West Cork, Ireland, offering hybrid working options. The role requires regular collaboration with project teams and attendance at construction sites, especially in Dublin and Cork. The workplace supports collaboration, flexible working schedules, and engagement with projects of significant scale and ambition.
