Role Overview

We are looking to onboard Senior and Intermediate Collections Representatives working remotely, handling overdue accounts for a leading Canadian banking client. Responsibilities include negotiating payment plans, ensuring precise account updates, and adhering strictly to relevant laws, client policies, and internal guidelines.

Location & Eligibility

Applicants must be based in Canada with legal authorization to work domestically due to contractual and data protection reasons. Candidates outside Canada are ineligible.

Qualifications

• Experience in third-party debt collection
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
• Familiarity with the DRS collection platform is advantageous
• High attention to detail with accurate documentation skills
• Self-motivated and capable of independent work in a remote setting
