Senior Interior Designer

About the Role

Open Limits Design is in search of a skilled Senior Interior Designer possessing between three and five years of interior design expertise within the Qatar market. The ideal professional will demonstrate ownership of projects from the initial conceptual phase through comprehensive design coordination and oversight during implementation, blending a creative mindset with practical technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly analyze each project to understand its architectural character, functional requirements, and desired design direction.
• Produce expert Furniture Layouts, Mood Boards, and Concept Boards to visually communicate ideas.
• Choose and coordinate materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and decorative elements to enhance design quality.
• Develop 3D designs or collaborate effectively with the 3D visualization team to ensure project alignment.
• Establish clear project timelines and oversee delivery of the design components accordingly.
• Carefully review Technical and Working Drawings to maintain consistency with the approved design intentions.
• Serve as a communication bridge among the design team, technical drafting personnel, and the site execution crew.
• Monitor project execution onsite to confirm accurate implementation of design specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum three and up to five years of interior design experience in Qatar.
• Strong design acumen with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, and interpreting technical drawings.
• Capability to independently manage projects and adhere to set deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
