Job Overview

As a Senior Interior Designer at Dreamkraft Interiors in Bengaluru, you will lead the end-to-end interior design process, from understanding client needs to project execution and handover. You will create detailed 2D and 3D designs, interact with clients to present proposals, and manage sales and client relationships to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and comprehend client requirements, style preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop 2D layouts, 3D models, and comprehensive interior design proposals for client review.
• Conduct design discussions and showcase concepts, cost estimates, and material selections.
• Manage sales inquiries, follow up on potential leads, and nurture client partnerships.
• Convert leads into confirmed design projects, driving monthly sales and conversions.
• Collaborate closely with the execution team to ensure seamless project delivery to clients.

Requirements

• Skilled in using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and interior rendering software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Sound understanding of interior materials, pricing structures, and cost estimation.
• Capability to independently conduct client meetings, finalize deals, and consistently fulfill sales targets.
