Senior In-Store Pharmacist

About the Role

24/7 TFS Luxe Pharmacies LLP is expanding its network of pharmacist-led community pharmacies throughout Mumbai, emphasizing consistent availability, round-the-clock service, and prompt local delivery. We seek seasoned Senior In-Store Pharmacists to bring experience, in-depth pharmaceutical knowledge, and proven expertise in retail pharmacy settings.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Manage prescription processing, billing, inventory control, and daily store tasks efficiently.
• Maintain patient safety through meticulous attention to detail in medication dispensing and substitutions.
• Engage professionally with customers, medical practitioners, and internal teams to provide high-quality service.
• Work reliably within structured standard operating procedures (SOPs) while being punctual and dependable.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience working as an in-store or retail pharmacist.
• Minimum of 4 continuous years at a single pharmacy location demonstrating long-term commitment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of prescription drugs, chronic treatments, over-the-counter medications, dosage forms, and pharmacy operations.
• Possession of a valid pharmacy qualification and registration as mandated for practice.
• Current residence in Mumbai with the ability to commute to locations such as Lower Parel, Wadala, and New Cuffe Parade.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
