Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Senior HVAC Technician to join our esteemed engineering team. This full-time position involves inspecting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, air quality controls, refrigeration units, and mechanical plant equipment. You'll monitor property temperature, analyze energy use, calibrate instruments, and perform electrical system and piping maintenance. Additional duties include routine pool and spa upkeep, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting organizational efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance of HVAC, air quality, and refrigeration equipment.
• Operate and oversee the mechanical plant, ensuring daily checks and adjustments as needed.
• Regulate and monitor building temperature and utility consumption for optimal performance.
• Calibrate gauges, meters, controls, and other mechanical instruments.
• Install, test, repair, and maintain electrical wiring and systems.
• Assemble and service pipe assemblies, valves, and related fittings.
• Perform scheduled pool and spa maintenance activities.
• Follow company-wide safety and security policies, report any hazards or incidents promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality regarding proprietary information and company assets.
• Provide courteous guest service in accordance with company standards.
• Foster positive working relationships and respond constructively to team concerns.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational processes related to safety, productivity, and cost savings.
• Physically handle objects ranging from light to heavy lifting (up to and above 100 pounds) and operate in various environments including confined spaces and uneven surfaces.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Technical, trade, or vocational school diploma preferred.
• Minimum of three years' relevant experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Certified in HVAC-related qualifications including EPA Universal Certification and HVAC Certification.
• Valid driver's license required.
• No supervisory experience required.
