Senior Human Resources Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Human Resources Manager to spearhead critical business initiatives, guide cross-functional collaboration, and support the organization in fulfilling both strategic and operational goals. This individual will showcase leadership excellence, sharp commercial insight, structured problem-solving abilities, and hands-on operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive strategic and day-to-day initiatives from initial planning through to implementation.
• Convert overarching business aims into focused priorities, actionable plans, and quantifiable results.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members, cultivating a culture centered on high performance and accountability.
• Work collaboratively with senior leaders and diverse departments including Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Technology.
• Discover and implement opportunities aimed at enhancing business performance, streamlining processes, increasing efficiency, and enabling scalability.
• Establish and track key performance indicators, budgeting frameworks, dashboards, and other performance metrics.
• Analyze organizational performance data and offer strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage critical projects ensuring that timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables are met efficiently.
• Recognize operational and commercial risks and devise suitable mitigation strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support comprehensive business planning, including forecasting, resource allocation, and strategic choices.
• Champion process optimization and develop scalable operating models.
• Prepare and present management reports, comprehensive business cases, executive summaries, and presentations.
• Enforce high standards of quality, governance, execution, and responsibility within teams.

Qualification and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or related disciplines.
• An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is considered a plus.
• Bring a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience including substantial leadership or management roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing multifaceted projects, teams, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business acumen paired with commercial awareness.
• Robust analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with KPIs, budgeting, business planning, and performance management.
• Ability to function effectively in fast-changing, progress-driven environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement talents, along with polished presentation abilities.
• Proven leadership capabilities with the skill to influence team members and senior management.
• Highly organized, detail-conscious, and capable of juggling diverse priorities effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Background in technology sectors, artificial intelligence, SaaS, digital products, consulting, or fast-growing industries.
• Experience operating across multiple business functions and collaborating closely with senior executives.
• Prior familiarity with the UAE or broader GCC market is valued.
• Comfortable adapting to entrepreneurial environments with evolving responsibilities.
