About the Role and Company
We are collaborating with a rapidly expanding aerospace organization based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to appoint an accomplished Senior Human Resources Manager. This role is pivotal in guiding and enhancing the HR department during a critical growth phase within the aerospace, aviation, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the HR department and advise senior leadership on all personnel-related topics.
- Formulate and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational expansion objectives.
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and acquisition of technical and aerospace specialists.
- Administer employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, HR policies, and operational functions.
- Support organizational structure design, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Implement programs to enhance talent retention and employee engagement.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal company policies.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for both local and international staff.
- Collaborate with operational, engineering, and manufacturing leaders to forecast human resource needs.
- Create HR processes and systems tailored to the demands of a growing technical enterprise.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive leadership experience at senior HR roles such as HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, or HR Director.
- Prior exposure to aerospace, aviation, defense, MRO, or aerospace manufacturing sectors is essential.
- Proficient in recruiting specialist engineers and technical personnel.
- Experience in supporting organizational growth or change is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE HR practices and employment legislation.
- Demonstrated capability in managing both strategic and operational HR activities.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Academic credential in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; professional certifications like CIPD or SHRM are favorable.
