Role Summary

As a Senior HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the hiring cycle, and acting as the liaison between candidates and the company throughout the recruitment process.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and integrate effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Create and maintain comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
• Prepare recruitment materials necessary for sourcing candidates.
• Advertise job openings on the company’s website, social platforms, and relevant job portals.
• Screen resumes, cover letters, and other application materials.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experiences.
• Maintain communication with successful candidates and update internal recruitment records accordingly.
• Serve as the primary contact point between candidates and the organization during recruitment phases.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment or human resources functions.
• A bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Experience conducting diverse types of candidate interviews.
• Thorough knowledge of HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management software.

Compensation

The salary offered ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 35,000 per month.
