Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates from platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and employee references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist eligible candidates for positions.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and coordinate interview schedules.
- Handle offer discussions and negotiate terms with candidates.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate databases and documentation.
- Work strategically to meet defined hiring objectives.
