Position Summary
We seek a Senior HR Generalist / HR Operations and HR Business Partner with 6 to 10 years of progressive experience diverse across HR functions. This role is based in Bellandur, Bangalore, requiring full onsite presence. The ideal professional will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, ensuring seamless HR policy and process implementation while fostering organizational growth, enhancing employee experience, and optimizing workforce productivity.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive employee lifecycle processes, covering onboarding through exit formalities.
- Ensure precise execution of HR procedures involving joining, transfers, promotions, confirmations, record keeping, and separations.
- Maintain adherence to organizational HR policies, legal statutes, and internal standards.
- Continuously review and improve HR policies, SOPs, and operational workflows.
- Maintain accurate records and data within the HRMS system.
- Collaborate with payroll and finance departments to guarantee timely and correct payroll disbursement.
- Address employee queries, ensuring prompt and clear HR-related support.
- Partner with business unit leaders to comprehend staffing requirements and deliver tailored HR solutions.
- Advise managers on personnel matters, including performance, engagement, and organizational development.
- Assist in strategic workforce planning, budgeting for manpower, structural organization changes, and succession planning.
- Deliver insights and HR metrics reports to guide business decisions based on people analytics.
- Identify and mitigate people-related risks jointly with business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain positive employee relations, managing grievances, disciplinary actions, conflicts, and workplace concerns with discretion and sensitivity.
- Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement, including conducting surveys, devising action plans, and implementing recognition programs.
- Conduct regular employee interactions at various organizational levels to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Analyze HR data and prepare dashboards showcasing metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring, absenteeism, engagement, and performance; provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations; support audit and compliance activities.
- Maintain consistent application of HR policies and proper documentation across the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent advanced qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of progressive experience encompassing HR generalist, HR operations, and HR business partner roles.
- Prior experience working directly with business leaders and managing employee relations is highly preferred.
- Proficient with HR information systems (HRMS), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and tools for HR analytics and reporting.
- Expertise in HR business partnering, employee lifecycle management, performance and talent management, workforce planning, engagement, policy management, HR analytics, and compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Problem-solving skills, decisiveness, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Adaptability to work effectively in fast-moving and dynamic environments.
