About Loop
Established in 2022, Loop is an advanced AI platform designed to optimize back-office operations for real economy businesses. Trusted by over 300 brands and thousands of sites across the US, our company operates from locations in New York, San Francisco, Tampa, and Bengaluru. We have secured a $14 million Series A funding round led by Nyca Partners.
Our diverse team includes former founders who have scaled businesses to multi-million-dollar annual revenues, along with AI and operational experts from prestigious institutions and companies like Stanford, Harvard, Wharton, Uber, Google, Amazon, and McKinsey. We prioritize a flat hierarchy, high-impact teamwork, ownership, and a bureaucracy-free culture as we pioneer the future of agentic AI products beyond the restaurant industry.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to help establish and scale effective people practices within our organization. This position suits individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy partnering with leadership, and are passionate about developing processes that support both employees and business objectives.
The role involves close collaboration with leadership, management of key HR programs, and contributing to strengthening the company culture through growth phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and management of HRMS tools, including attendance, leave, and employee record modules, ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and automation to minimize manual processes.
- Oversee comprehensive onboarding experiences to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires by coordinating with cross-functional teams for preparation of documentation, team integration, and readiness from Day 1.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys (pulse checks), analyze feedback, report insights to leadership decisively, and propose actionable plans to enhance engagement and transparency.
- Manage existing employee benefits programs, collaborate with finance and leadership to benchmark and improve offerings that increase employee satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with General Managers and technical leaders to understand their team needs and support workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement employer branding campaigns internally and externally by working alongside recruiting teams to effectively communicate Loop’s culture, employee stories, and recognition programs.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of six years of human resources experience, ideally within fast-paced or rapidly scaling startups.
- Proficient with HR operations, HRMS platforms, and comprehension of the complete employee lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication abilities paired with adept stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HR reporting and analytics, demonstrating precision and the capability to transform data into actionable leadership guidance.
- Familiarity with benefits administration and market benchmarking, with proven ability to collaborate with finance teams to elevate benefit structures.
- A proactive, people-centric approach with strong ownership, empathy, discretion, and meticulousness.
