Role Overview
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will be integral to a dynamic People & Culture team, influencing employee experiences throughout the employment lifecycle. You will collaborate with leaders within the agency network, delivering pragmatic and commercially aligned people solutions while contributing to overarching P&C strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and coach managers to foster high-performing teams.
- Offer expert guidance on performance management, employee relations, engagement, and rewards.
- Forge strong connections with senior leadership.
- Implement agency-specific people initiatives such as retention, learning and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
- Support broader group P&C projects by providing insights and practical solutions.
- Oversee performance management processes, grievance handling, and investigations.
- Contribute to talent mapping, succession planning, and recruitment decisions.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and key employee experience milestones.
- Lead employee engagement activities and culture enhancement programs.
- Handle remuneration cycles, benchmarking, visa and immigration matters, compliance, policies, and people data accuracy.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Approximately 4+ years in People & Culture with advisory experience in complex or matrixed organizations.
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment regulations including the Fair Work Act and NES.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing the entire employee lifecycle.
- High discretion, critical thinking, and mature judgment.
- Adaptable to a fast-changing work environment with excellent communication and a proactive mindset.
