Responsibilities

• Interpret creative briefs provided by marketing leads and convert them into innovative design concepts.
• Develop sophisticated graphics tailored for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain awareness of the latest social media trends to keep designs relevant and cutting-edge.
• Utilize fundamental graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, to produce designs.
• Ideate, conceptualize, and execute creative assets independently from inception to completion.
• Exhibit strong visual sensitivity and aesthetic judgment in every project.
• Effectively collaborate with team members and adhere to deadlines.
• Keep abreast of current standards, workflows, and trends within the visual design industry.
• Demonstrate robust design aesthetics combined with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Excellent communication, conceptualization, typography, and design capabilities.
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing previous design works is mandatory for application; candidates lacking a portfolio will not be considered.
• Experience in animation or motion graphics will be regarded as an advantage.
