Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

Miracle Software Systems, Inc., a global IT services organization with nearly 30 years of experience, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer based in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This full-time, office-based position involves designing impactful visual content across digital and print platforms. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with a preference for candidates who can join within a 15-30 day notice period.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual designs for social media, digital advertisements, websites, presentations, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Convert campaign briefs into engaging and results-oriented visual assets.
• Collaborate closely with teams in content creation, marketing, web development, and demand generation to produce integrated campaigns.
• Develop UI-ready graphics for digital platforms including landing pages and dashboards.
• Ensure brand consistency across every visual touchpoint.
• Provide guidance and review work produced by junior designers to uphold quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously within strict deadlines.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends and prioritize digital-first design methods.
• Offer support during overlapping shifts with US-based teams as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Between 2 to 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or corporate design environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, digital campaign materials, social media visuals, and UI design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (including XD and Inkscape familiarity).
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
