Job Role and Location

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience. This role is based onsite in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce original design content from the ground up.
• Oversee projects ensuring timely delivery and achieving optimal results for all ordered materials.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines while maintaining superior quality standards for all design outputs.
• Collaborate closely with the graphic design team to enhance creativity and performance in project execution.
• Guide and mentor design team members throughout project workflows and deliver performance assessments to management for review.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2 to 3 years of experience working in a design agency setting.
• Hold a degree in Design or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience managing and leading a design team.
• Strong understanding of social media design principles and strategies.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and relevant design software tools.
