Role Overview

We seek an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who excels in design, project management, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic marketing setting, collaborating across functions to create compelling visuals that enhance our brand and drive business success. Problem-solving creative challenges, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and crafting polished, consistent design work are key aspects of this role.

This position is located at Superior Glove’s Global Headquarters in Acton, Ontario, offering a hybrid work model with regular onsite teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality creative assets for diverse channels including print, digital, web, email, social media, packaging, advertising, events, and presentations.
• Execute creative projects spanning graphic design, photography, illustration, motion graphics, and video as needed.
• Convert marketing strategies, briefs, and business goals into engaging visual communications.
• Manage end-to-end creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate timelines, maintain communication, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Develop concepts and visuals for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Present and refine creative ideas based on stakeholder feedback.
• Help maintain and advance brand standards, design systems, templates, and creative assets.
• Mentor and provide daily design guidance to junior and intermediate designers.
• Suggest enhancements to workflows and foster continuous improvement in creative processes and team efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• At least five years of professional graphic design experience with print and digital marketing mediums.
• Minimum three years of advanced project management experience.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud tools including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong grasp of branding, typography, print production, digital design, and visual communication principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and project management software like Asana.
• Capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Positive, adaptable, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Experience in B2B marketing preferred; industrial or manufacturing background a plus.
