Overview
ANTS Digital Pvt. Ltd., a technology-driven marketing agency based in Hyderabad, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with 6 to 8 years of professional experience. This full-time onsite position involves designing compelling visuals for both print and digital platforms, focused on Telugu and English content for marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop diverse print and digital media assets, including social media posts, digital advertisements, posters, banners, and large-format hoardings.
- Format and arrange text, graphics, and images to produce engaging and visually appealing designs for both online and offline campaigns.
- Ensure consistency by upholding brand guidelines that define visual identity and design principles, maintaining originality and adherence to brand standards.
- Work closely with teams across functions to translate concepts into finalized creative outputs.
- Continuously monitor industry developments, new design methodologies, and emerging technologies to keep designs fresh and effective.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Solid understanding of advertising principles applicable to both online and offline channels.
- Comprehensive knowledge of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, graphic composition, print production, and web design essentials.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a dedication to high-quality work delivery.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or a related environment is strongly preferred.
