Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team at C5i, a leading AI & Analytics company focused on delivering impactful AI-assisted decision-making solutions. This role requires a creative individual proficient in digital design and video content production to support our diverse marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft visually engaging designs for digital channels such as social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Develop compelling presentation decks and RFP response materials by transforming complex data into clear and attractive narratives consistent with brand standards.
• Design marketing collaterals including brochures, whitepapers, and event materials, adhering strictly to provided guidelines.
• Create and produce video content for various marketing initiatives, including promotional videos, tutorials, and social media clips.
• Collaborate closely with fellow designers, marketing professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects that meet specifications.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and agility within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in graphic design with a robust portfolio highlighting expertise in digital media, video editing, and motion graphics.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects; experience with Premiere Pro and Adobe XD is advantageous.
• Proficiency in video editing and content production tailored for diverse digital platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial and considered a plus.
• Strong grasp of contemporary design trends and flexibility to adapt to varying brand aesthetics.
• Capacity to work effectively under tight deadlines while managing several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills combined with a proactive mindset for problem-solving.
