About the Role
Join a leading software company pioneering workplace communication technology. The Senior Global Campaigns Manager is a key contributor responsible for creating and executing integrated multi-channel marketing initiatives globally that drive pipeline growth, revenue, and brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop multi-channel campaign strategies aligned with acquisition, conversion, retention, revenue, pipeline, and brand goals.
- Own campaign lifecycle from brief, audience targeting, planning, execution, optimization, to post-campaign reporting.
- Lead campaigns encompassing paid media, email, content marketing, social channels, websites, events, partnerships, sales enablement, and account-based marketing in collaboration with Go-To-Market teams.
- Leverage customer insights, market data, and business priorities to craft clear messaging and value propositions.
- Establish campaign objectives, segment audiences, assign channel roles, budget allocation, timelines, KPIs, and tracking plans prior to launch.
- Collaborate across Content, Creative, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product departments ensuring unified customer experience.
- Create precise briefs and offer actionable feedback to internal teams and external partners.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting, creative, and investments promptly to improve results.
- Integrate testing methodologies within campaigns to identify effective tactics and inform future strategies.
- Generate comprehensive performance analysis linking campaign activities to business outcomes with recommendations.
- Manage relationships with agencies and external collaborators as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least five years overseeing integrated marketing campaigns in environments focused on growth.
- Proven success in driving pipeline creation, revenue generation, customer acquisition, or retention through campaigns.
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to prioritize work based on revenue, pipeline impact, ROI, and to craft business cases.
- Experience orchestrating complex campaigns targeting diverse audiences, multiple channels, markets, or product offerings.
- Excellent project management skills capable of coordinating senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Solid analytical capabilities with evidence of leveraging performance data for informed decision-making.
- Good understanding of marketing principles including segmentation, customer journey mapping, testing strategies, attribution, and funnel optimization.
- Proactive attitude to identify opportunities, act independently, and engage others effectively.
Preferred Qualities
- Background in the technology sector.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Qualified, and Asana.
- Experience mentoring or coaching fellow marketing professionals.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers an annual gross salary between 60,000 and 70,000 EUR, plus variable components.
