Overview
Join o9 Solutions as a Senior Functional Consultant where you will play a key role in transforming enterprise decision-making through AI-driven planning solutions. o9 is trusted globally by leaders such as Google, PepsiCo, Walmart, T-Mobile, AB InBev, and Starbucks to optimize their supply chains by integrating planning processes and uncovering significant value among industries like manufacturing and retail.
Key Responsibilities and Experience
- Lead implementations of planning applications specifically in the Manufacturing or Retail sectors with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
- Deliver solutions across core retail planning functions such as Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Allocations, Replenishment, and Retail Forecasting.
- Manage full implementation lifecycles including phases like blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Analyze large datasets effectively, apply intuition to prioritize high-value opportunities and mitigate risks, simplifying complex problems.
- Exhibit strong leadership by example, demonstrating deep domain and product knowledge.
- Communicate clearly and patiently with customers to meet expectations even in high-pressure situations.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server and MySQL; proficiency in SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or equivalent languages is advantageous.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- Certifications in retail planning, supply chain planning, or TOGAF are beneficial.
