Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, enhancement, and optimization of cutting-edge web games using PixiJS and React to achieve high-performance rendering.
• Design and build scalable back-end services with Node.js, embedding real-time multiplayer features, leaderboards, and in-game event management.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as product, design, and backend to convert gaming concepts into seamless and interactive player experiences.
• Enhance client-server interactions through WebSockets and REST APIs to guarantee fluid, low-latency gameplay.
• Adopt industry-leading game development practices to boost scalability, maintainability, and performance over diverse projects.
• Develop and sustain automated CI/CD pipelines to facilitate timely and reliable deployment of game updates and features.
• Participate in defining technical strategies, conducting code reviews, and mentoring less experienced engineers.

Technical Environment

• React, PixiJS for front-end rendering.
• Node.js for back-end service development.
• Typescript as the primary language.
• PostgreSQL for database management.
• Redis and RabbitMQ for data caching and message brokering.
• Bonus experience beneficial with Datadog, AWS, and CI/CD pipeline tools.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 7 years in software engineering, specializing in games or interactive applications.
• Deep expertise in PixiJS or equivalent HTML5/WebGL frameworks and React for rendering intensive front-end solutions.
• Proficient in Node.js of scalable back-end solutions with real-time functionalities, including WebSockets and multiplayer synchronization.
• Experience managing relational databases, especially Postgres.
• Sound knowledge of performance tuning, rendering pipelines, and client-server designs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and modern developer workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in crypto, iGaming, gambling, or online multiplayer gaming sectors.
• Understanding of game networking protocols, animations, and physics engines.
• Leadership experience in technical projects and mentoring roles.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and containerized solutions including Docker, Kubernetes, and ECS.
