Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to spearhead the development of our principal Campaign Planning platform. This role involves creating impactful user-facing campaign management tools, crafting robust backend APIs in Node.js, and designing scalable data structures with PostgreSQL, all hosted on AWS.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and architect user-friendly interfaces for campaign workflows, timeline views, and asset handling using React.
• Construct, enhance, and sustain scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs and microservices primarily with Node.js and Python.
• Implement security best practices with JWT and OAuth2 authentication mechanisms.
• Improve database performance through optimized queries, refined schemas, and efficient state management to support high-volume campaign activities.
• Deploy applications effectively in an AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Lead code review processes, ensuring compliance with Sonar quality standards and JFrog Xray security thresholds.
• Oversee infrastructure planning including capacity management, scaling strategy, and SSL certificate renewals.
• Collaborate with various teams to accurately convert campaign requirements into stable and reliable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning tools is a plus, including technologies like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, TensorFlow, LangChain, and related frameworks.

CI/CD and DevOps

• Manage Jenkins CI/CD pipelines end-to-end including multi-branch deployments.
• Handle artifact repositories with JFrog Artifactory and enforce security via Xray scanning.
• Maintain SonarQube configurations ensuring quality gate compliance across codebases.

Monitoring & Observability

• Supervise application health via Datadog, Dynatrace, and Splunk integrations in all environments.
• Ensure structured logging and smooth operation of log pipelines.
• Analyze application metrics and error reports to detect and mitigate issues proactively.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing production-grade web applications using React.
• At least 5 years of backend development expertise building scalable APIs with Node.js.
• Proficiency with a wide range of AWS services including Lambda, ALB, CloudFront, DynamoDB, S3, ElastiCache (Redis), RDS (MySQL), KMS, Secrets Manager, SSM, EC2, ECS/EKS, and IAM.
• Experience managing Jenkins CI/CD pipelines featuring multi-branch deployment and artifact management.
• Minimum 5 years working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases including query optimization and schema design.
• Strong comprehension of web standards, RESTful and GraphQL API design, containerization with Docker, and automated testing methodologies.
