Senior Full Stack Engineer - Growth & Monetisation

Position Overview

Based in Sydney, this is a full-time, primarily on-site role focused on owning the financial and user growth aspects of NinjaTech AI's platform. The role involves managing the billing and activation paths for both individual consumers and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monetisation components including payment plans, subscription paywalls, credit and usage tracking, automatic top-ups, access controls, and revenue sharing.
• Lead the complete onboarding and activation journey, from user sign-up through to their first meaningful success, implementing experiments to optimize these stages.
• Create and maintain the analytics and experimentation infrastructure, such as event tracking, funnel analysis, attribution, and A/B testing, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with payment providers to handle issues like declines, webhooks, disputes, and platform-specific challenges.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses between three to five or more years of full-stack development experience with demonstrated involvement in payment systems, subscription services, or growth-related features.
• Proficient in TypeScript, React, Python, and SQL, capable of independently analyzing funnel metrics.
• Demonstrates ownership of key performance indicators, not just managing backlog tasks.
