Role Overview

Join our TS APAC Digital and Connected Commerce team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, where you will develop AI-powered scalable platforms connecting healthcare professionals to our products, thereby improving patient outcomes. You will leverage AI not only in the applications you build but also integrate it deeply within your development workflow to enhance productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable web applications using technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs; integrate with third-party services.
• Create responsive, accessible UI components featuring modern user experience design, including real-time updates and streaming interfaces.
• Design and administer data models across SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Work with advanced architectures, including serverless, microservices, and container-based systems.
• Integrate large language model (LLM) APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Bedrock into software products.
• Develop AI-enabled features such as search, summarization, recommendations, and conversational interfaces.
• Utilize orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to streamline AI workflows.
• Experiment rapidly with new AI capabilities to produce production-ready, AI-centric solutions.
• Employ AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon Kiro) to speed code creation, debugging, and testing.
• Implement AI-paired programming techniques, including human-in-the-loop development for refined prototyping.
• Adopt spec-driven development by transforming product requirements into structured prompts or executable AI-facilitated specifications.
• Automate unit and integration tests, documentation, and code reviews using AI, maintaining human oversight for quality assurance.
• Constantly explore emerging AI developer tools to improve developer output, code quality, and delivery velocity.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.
• Participate actively in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile team ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups spanning business and technology domains.
• Champion a culture of ongoing learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Experience and Skills Required

• Between 4 to 8 years of experience building and deploying production-level web applications.
• Proficient in full stack development encompassing frontend and backend scalable systems.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Hands-on engagement integrating LLM APIs and AI-driven features within software.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Practical use of AI-assisted coding utilities, including tools like Copilot and Amazon Kiro.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and critically assessing outputs of language models.
• Strong skills in modern software practices such as Git workflows, continuous integration/deployment, code reviews, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication capabilities.

Additional Advantageous Experience

• Knowledge of real-time technologies such as WebSockets, server-sent events, and streaming APIs.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless frameworks.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation using tools like Jenkins and Argo.
• Skills in building mobile applications or progressive web apps.
• Understanding of performance tuning, scalability considerations, and web security best practices.
