Role Summary
We are hiring a Senior Frontend/UI/UX Developer to design and implement modern and responsive digital experiences that meet business, marketing, and user needs. This full-time onsite role in Pune or Kolkata requires ownership of both frontend engineering and practical UI/UX design. The candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, SEO, analytics, and leadership teams, focusing on frontend development, user interface design, accessibility, performance optimization, and conversion improvements. This position demands a hands-on professional comfortable with building interactive interfaces beyond visual or graphic design tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement responsive, mobile-first websites, landing pages, microsites, and digital interfaces.
- Create scalable, reusable frontend components aligned with design systems.
- Convert wireframes, prototypes, Figma designs, and business goals into functional frontend code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Ensure compatibility across browsers and device types while maintaining consistent UI experiences.
- Integrate frontend elements with REST APIs, CMS platforms, lead-capture forms, and third-party services.
- Identify and resolve frontend issues related to rendering, responsiveness, or integration.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and information architecture to guide interface design.
- Conduct usability audits and enhance navigation, content hierarchy, and user journeys for better conversions.
- Apply accessibility best practices and inclusive design standards across interfaces.
- Optimize website performance focusing on Core Web Vitals, including image, script, stylesheet, and font performance.
- Implement technical SEO improvements such as structured data, schema markup, and page speed enhancements.
- Support analytics and conversion tracking through Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and CRM marketing integrations.
- Document frontend standards, reusable components, and maintain product design consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing, SEO, content, analytics, lead generation, and leadership teams in sprint planning and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Web Development, Design, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience also considered.
- 5 to 10 years of practical frontend development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on UI/UX design practice.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive/mobile-first design.
- Experience translating Figma designs into fully functional interfaces.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of cross-browser/device compatibility, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with frontend performance metrics (Core Web Vitals) and technical SEO principles.
- Portfolio showcasing frontend and UI/UX projects with clear personal contributions.
Technical Skills Required
