Key Responsibilities

• Taking ownership in enhancing and scaling the frontend architecture built on React.
• Designing and implementing complex features prioritizing user experience, performance, and maintainability.
• Integrating REST APIs and collaborating closely with the Laravel backend team on interface design.
• Conducting code reviews to maintain top-notch code quality within the development team.
• Contributing technically to architectural decisions regarding state management, component structure, and testing approaches.
• Continuously reducing technical debt and improving existing systems.
• Working closely with product management and backend teams to evolve the platform collaboratively.
• Assuming technical leadership beyond personal code contributions by sharing knowledge and supporting team members.

Qualifications & Experience

• Completed education in computer science or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience focused on frontend development with React.
• Proficient with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and deep understanding of React, including Hooks and component lifecycle.
• Confident use of TypeScript in production environments.
• Experienced in developing and maintaining complex, long-term web applications rather than simple marketing or landing pages.
• Skills in designing and improving frontend architectures like state management and component organization.
• Familiarity with modern styling methods, preferably with utility-first CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS.
• Accountability for technical decisions and a mindset beyond coding tasks.
• Organized and quality-oriented work style with high self-responsibility and team collaboration skills.

Technical Expertise

• Proficient handling of asynchronous data and REST API integration using tools such as Fetch or Axios.
• Experienced in frontend automated testing, including unit and integration tests with Vitest or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of modern styling approaches, especially utility-first CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
• Competence with modern build tools and development environments like Vite, along with confident Git usage.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and their importance in continuous software delivery.
• Strong focus on performance optimization including rendering and loading times, as well as accessibility best practices.
